Some years ago I made a commitment to pursue one of my many passions. I decided
after spending lots of time on the water that I would get the required license to become a
Professional Fishing Guide. What a adventure it has been. Never knew it would open so
many doors to so many people and places. The fishing community is big and warm for
the most part. The fly fishing bunch is even tighter. One can carry this passion to many
heights, such as I have. rod building, lure making, boat rigging, photography, travel,
store keeper, consultant and much more.
Often I have been asked: but what about bad weather! And I say, you are going to have
it! This is a good time to repair your tackle or boat. And if you do not have any, and if in
